I celebrated a few birthdays today. Feel quite good to catch up with my good friends and to share what is happening in my life. Haha.. I think chat is really close to one heart when one is open in ideas and speech.
I think I feel really happy today. Besides the crapping sessions that I have, I think that this is one of the nice sharing sessions that really is so nice and tender. Just like the good old time. =P

Well, everyone grow up. Learn to be independence, starts to be busy with different issues and commitment. However, it feels great to have friends like u all, who truly cares and understand. Well, we might have different opinions in different issues but what is important is we understand one another and make an effort.

Anyway, still recovering from my headache, therefore going to ZZZZZZzzzzzz.. Anyway, take care, everyone!! =P

Falling sick and standing on my feets again

I have been feeling quite sick after the post-mid-autumn festival on wed. It was really nice just to catch up and go out to chit chat. But someone brought to my attention on where the conversation is leading towards. Haha.. Realize that most of our conversations are just interesting but senseless crap. I realize that there is a big kid in me thus I am more prone to this characteristic of my innate nature. Well, however, I am still considering, maybe we can include some intellectual talk in our conversation too. Anyway, we had a great time, playing with sparkles, candles and eating moon cake at the playground.

Someone said " Wow!! This is the best decision u have make thus far, Qinlong. (In bringing us to the playground. Thanks hor!! (The rest of the decisions that I make very lousy mah?) =P

Anyway, 3 small kids in the playground started playing catching. Qin is the Police and Yan + Yen is the combined terrorists that bombard the otherwise peaceful earth. Civilians include teo, Cai and Zizi. With lousier equipments, the police stand to lose out to the twins *tower* who have combined effort to eradicate the only factor that stand in their ways. *Qin fully makes use of all advanced equipments he could find and fought a hard fought battle. With heavens by his side, his kingdom reign as he gained controlled of the technology that Yan was holding on her hand. With the combination of that and the threat of the powerful crystal clear water in his hand. He was gaining a foothold with every secs and minutes. The end of the terrorists was being appauled by the otherwise passive civilians who refuse to help me out!!

the police fell sick, with running nose, sore throat and a bad headache.. He has just recovered and is going to restored peace on earth once more

Heart of compassion

Meet up with Yating's cell leader today. I think it is always good to have someone who cares about Ur growth, no matter in Ur studies, (i.e. good teacher), in spiritual, (Ur cell leader) or in Ur relationship (Ur friends or tutor).
I am really grateful for Fang xiang in taking up this role actively in my relationship. I think it is really a nice thing to just communicate our problems if any to her, and update her on aspects on our life. Thanks Fang Xiang!! Appreciate u lots.

Happy 1.5 year anniversary. Yt was sweet today, I received a card from her and I appreciate it lots. Thanks for being there in my life whenever troubles seem too much to take. Thanks for being crappy and funny and add color to my life when life seems mundane and boring. Thanks for listening and supporting me when I feel out and down. Just pray that we would continue to build our relationship on solid grounds.

Leading a rather fulfilling life, still I feel bad that I didn’t attend one of my friend's 21st birthday becoz of a mid term test which is 40%. Mm... really just wanna wish her a happy birthday and hope she won't take it to heart.

Actually, Qinlong is feeling quite unhappy now that he didn’t manage to take part in the centennial run. MM.. I think I really love running. MM... Combination of no time to take part and mainly, no one to take part with me. Feel so sad.
However I still intend to run the marathon this year.

Anyway the mid term break have started. So just wanna wish that those having the break would treasure their time. Have a good break and use it well. =P

A grain of rice was stuck at my nose today.

Hey, my friends have been complaining that I haven’t been updating my blog often. I guess they are right. I have been very busy with all the commitments and the more important stuff that I have not much time left to blog. Still, there is much to say.


Well, wouldn’t update too much for the past weeks, coz doesn’t want to make my blog too lengthy. But on last Friday, my volunteer tuition wasn’t going too well for me. Perhaps I am used to one style of coaching and it doesn’t really integrate well with the child that I am supposed to teach. She is arguable one of the most active gal in class, always running about and is quite loud. I am the kind who can play around and kid around. But when it comes to work, I became very serious. Perhaps that scares her off a bit. I think because of that, she found me a bit meddlesome. But well, just want to give thanks to Rh for being supportive and giving me words of encouragement that was much needed. =P Really feels much better after that.


On Sunday, I help yating and her family buy back Nasi Lemak. It just cost $12.60.
Didn’t want the extras so just round it off to $12. But instead her father gave me $20 and asks me to keep the change! Hey… good fortune rite? But I feel so bad after that. Furthermore I am the dunno how to reject kinda. Sigh, felt quite bad.


Okay, back to the present.
This afternoon, I went for lunch with Wanzi, Kenny and Yenleng in the afternoon. Cool to meet up and chat. Think it is always nice to have good friends by our side. Haha. Kenny was trying to entertain us with his magic tricks and it works! The two little gals were so entertained by it. Haha, however, my speculation that Yenleng, the one with better motor coordination would get the trick first become wrong when Wanzi suddenly perform the “twisting pen” “magic trick” in front of the captive audience.. Hey, yenleng! Wat happen man? =P


Oh yah, and today I experience something which I have never experienced be4. As I was eating my lunch, chewing on my rice, Kenny says some jokes. Almost choke when I heard that. And the next thing I know, a grain of rice was stuck at my nostril! EEEeeeeeeeee Gross!!.
The worst thing is, I couldn’t conceal it at all. Wanzi, who was sitting besides me suddenly become so aware of the happenings.

”hey, Qinlong, wat happened? U got rice stuck in ur nostril Izzit?


This was really my first time and I dunno which part of my actions lead her to this conclusion but she was right! =P
EEEee….. Such discomfort… such bad thingy.


Well, I went to give extra tuition today coz my student is having her prelims tomolo. She seems smart, hope she will do well tomolo. Anyway, I think it is really nice to catch up with old friends, just to have a simple dinner and chat over anything and everything.
Hey yenleng!! It was nice to just go for dinner and hang out, just like be4, when everyone is less busy and studying in the library was like a norm den. Really enjoyed today much. And Yenleng was always trying to pull up her pants coz it was too loose. I think, its time to get a belt, gal! haha..

Oh, one last thing, Waileong’s birthday is coming. Just want to wish him happy birthday in advance!! Hey bro!! can’t wait to celebrate ur birthday soon.

Updating time!!

Hey! It’s updating time again. Time to say out what I have been up to recently.

Mm.. Cool, let me see, when should I begin? Okay. Lets starts from Sunday.

Sunday 040905

Yating went driving again! And this time I was so excited! Excited to be able to sit at the front seat, facing the road traffic together with her. Therefore, I watch over her, while she drives along to our destination for dinner. Actually, deep inside me, I just have great confidence in her though I didn’t tell her much about it. However, she mistaken my "Yes, u are great" stare for, me being apprehensive over her driving skills. Coz she kept asking me why I looked so frightened and scared though I wasn't a least bit nervous!!

However, though Yating driving skills were ready not bad, cruising on to a speed of up till 100km. I even have to exercise my power as the front seater, asking her to slow down lah! No rush leh. However, on the other hand, she can be very interesting, as she tried to drive behind a bicycle, an old man; who was finding it hard to pedal fast. Mm, after some time, sensing that she was happily following the back of that bicycle, I have to tell her to change lane in order to cruise at a much faster speed. SO much for my adventure! =P

*Flashback*

*Up and ON!! Up And on!!!!* When the saints goes marching in, all I want is to be in the number, oh when the saints goes marching in!!! The nite ended off with a bang. SAJC reunion dinner came to an end on Sat nite, with the old boys, who were previously from SAJC back in the 1980s leading us in cheers, songs and school song. This last part really touches my heart. As the pastor prays for us, Flashbacks of SAJC keep flooding my mind and happy memories dance around and linger as I reminisce on the wondrous memories. At the end of the dinner, we just couldn’t help but kept going around our former school to keep taking pictures wherever we could. It was really heart warming to be back in my old school again.

After that, a few left and most of us went to the cafe at Holland V to enjoy a nice cup of coffee. I grumbled a bit over the hot coffee that was presented to me when I tot I ordered an ice blended!! It was written on the Menu!! Java Mocha Blended. I WAS DECEIVED MY THE WORDS BLENDED. In the end, I just have to bear with the coffee I ordered.

Hey!! I received my first teacher's day present. Mm, really nice to receive a card from my student though I have only taught her for one lesson till then. Volunteer tuition was really good on this day when the kids pay attention. Otherwise, they are very energetic and rowdy. However, just want to give thanks to the lord, for after we sat down and chatted seriously, they were able to understand the purpose of us being there. To have fun, learn and play together. To provide them joy via education instruments. After the chat, they were like very *guai* for the next 1.5 hours. Great job, Edwin!!

Anyway, I read the News on the *Katrina Damages In USA. It’s really saddening that such a disaster happens. But even with this event, just find that many have been desperate and have portrayed all the evil sides of the human nature, with the looting and raping of civilians. I think they really need our prayers and help. Hope that there would be peace in that vicinity.
