Counting my blessings

Thanks to so many pple who have put in their efforts to help me in one way or another.
In terms of academia, most of my project mates have been really nice. Doing up a large chunk of the proj. FEELS quite bad... But I will do the best I can. That is my promise la, and it is my responsibility.
IN terms of studying, surrounded by a few pple who are very nice and willing to share... Really appreciate it so much

IN terms of financial, pple that I dun really noe much, help me quite a lot... And of course dar dar have a part to play in that. I feel so blessed.

Really nice that God has been giving me so much when I got so little to give to me.
MM... Thanks lord.

Secondly, just want to post some games stuff that I Did for the Whopper session this afternoon during YSP.

Theme: helpfulness
Estimated game time – 20 mins

Objective: To reinforce learning of helpfulness through engaging the children with games.
Theme: I will be helpful and sensitive to the needs of my friends

1) Who has helped you in the past?
Need to give three oranges stickers away. 1--- YSP Junior Mentor
1--- YSP Senior Mentor
1--- Fellow friends

2) What is the topic and theme for today?

Tell to three person Tell to two person in this room
(Inclusive of mentors)
And one person outside this room.

3) Take 30 secs to think about one thing that u have done
And another 30 Secs to share with Ur respective mentor what it is. (Mentor can give one sticker to reinforce them)

4) List one of the factors when people will help.
e.g. 1) No of Bystanders
2) Helping when someone else does
3) Time Pressures
4) Similarity
Ask them: will u really do it? IF yes, reward with a sticker.

5) Who can we help?
List 1 person u can help and the activities that you can do, Ur friends, Ur parents to wash the floor and ground. Victims of disaster, crime and poverty.
Ask them: will u really do it? IF yes, reward with a sticker.

6) How to increase helping?

Putting ourselves in the person shoes.
Increase responsibility.

Note:
1) The question above can be reused to ask different members of the same group. Thus, one thing to consider is to write down the name of the person besides the question who is going to answer it.
2) Mentor helping out this game, pals try to keep within the time limit by allowing approximately 1- 1.5 mins per question.
3) Mark system will be: 1st group to complete 20 marks
2nd group to complete 10 marks
However for every question answer, will be able to get 10 marks.

4) The game will end when the 1st group completes the game.
5) The group with the highest points wins the game.
6) Lets be diplomatic and engaged the children in the game while learning together with them. =P
